Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ZiggyInvoice ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ZiggyInvoice is a cloud-based invoicing platform that helps freelancers and small businesses create, send, and track invoices. ZiggyInvoice is not a licensed accounting or financial services provider. This tool is for invoicing purposes only. Nothing constitutes tax or financial advice.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
  • One account per person; you may not share accounts
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use ZiggyInvoice to:

  • Send fraudulent or misleading invoices
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Harass or harm others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service for money laundering or other illegal financial activity

5. Payment Processing

Online payment processing is provided by Stripe. By using payment features, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. ZiggyTech charges a 0.5% platform fee on payments processed through Stripe Connect.

6. Electronic Signature Consent (ESIGN)

When you send invoices electronically, both you and your client consent to conduct business electronically in accordance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act). Electronic records and signatures are legally binding.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into ZiggyInvoice. By using the Service, you grant ZiggyTech a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. ZiggyInvoice does not verify the accuracy of tax calculations — consult a licensed accountant for tax matters.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZiggyTech's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings.
